FLOWER FAIRY – REFUND/Return POLICY

All sales made through Flower Fairy (online or by phone) are final. Because our products are fresh and perishable, refunds or replacements are only provided if the arrangement arrives damaged or defective.

Flower Fairy guarantees the lasting, fresh appearance of your flowers for 24 hours after delivery.
If you receive a defective arrangement or notice an issue within this period, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including a photo, at sales@flowerfairyco.com

Please note that flowers are living creations with a natural lifespan, and proper care after delivery is the recipient’s responsibility.

Substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to replace unavailable blooms with equal or higher-value flowers while maintaining the overall design and quality of your arrangement.
